Liverpool Ganesh Temple in Liverpool UK has been in the forefront for over a decade in helping many seeking to actively continue of traditional Indian/Sri Lankan religious and cultural values in UK. LGT has become a prime center for religious, spiritual and cultural activities for hundreds of people in North west region; Merseyside, Wirral, Lancaster, Manchester, Wigan, Runcorn, Chester, Warrington.

Liverpool Ganesh Temple is a registered charity non- profit Organisation, established in 2010.
The purpose of LGT is:
- To establish and maintain Hindu Temples build and serviced in the traditional Hindu style.
- To promote Hindu Dharma (religion and traditions) and culture.
- To promote inter-religious, social, and cultural understanding.
- To support humanitarian causes.
